About Ihlan
Ihlan Magloire is a professional guitarist, producer, and full-time musician based in Nashville, Tenesee. Born to a Haitian father and Venezuelan mother, he grew up immersed in a rich blend of cultures and sounds that continue to shape his musical identity.
With over a decade of experience, Ihlan has performed across the U.S. and internationally, collaborating with artists spanning gospel, blues, funk, country, jazz, R&B, and beyond. His versatility on stage is matched by his work in the studio, where he has produced and recorded indie rock, R&B, and hip-hop projects.
Whether supporting renowned vocalists, laying down grooving rhythm guitar, or crafting experimental productions, Ihlan brings creativity, precision, and soul to every project.

Ihlan has collaborated with artists across a wide spectrum of genres, serving as a producer and music director for indie rock bands, gospel ensembles, R&B groups, rock acts, and Latin projects. Constantly creating, he continues to develop new music with a diverse roster of artists, bringing versatility and vision to every collaboration.
Teaching Expertise
Ihlan has taught students from around the world, both in person and online. With experience working across cultures and languages, he tailors each lesson to the individual’s goals and learning style. Known for his patience and supportive approach, Ihlan creates an encouraging environment that helps every student grow as a musician at their own pace.
Ihlan has performed worldwide, from intimate private events to festival crowds of over 10,000. His live work has taken him to Stockholm, South Korea, Dubai, across the Caribbean and South America, and throughout the Southeastern U.S. He has shared the stage with acclaimed artists including Anita Wilson, Jeff Bradshaw (Patti LaBelle), Jeff Ryan, Makenzie, Olivia Donaldson (Six the Musical), Niki Dawson (The Voice), and many more.
