About Ihlan Magloire

Born and raised in Florida to Haitian and Venezuelan parents, Ihlan Magloire is a versatile guitarist, producer, music director, and educator whose work spans gospel, R&B, rock, jazz, country, and soul. A graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in Music Technology, he began his career mixing and mastering audio for Sofar Sounds Jacksonville while teaching private lessons and performing throughout Florida’s music scene. Shortly after graduation, Ihlan joined The Voice finalist Niki Dawson for a residency in South Korea, launching an international performance career that has since taken him to Dubai, Sweden, Portugal, and aboard luxury cruise ships with the B.B. King Allstars. Now a full-time musician based in Nashville, TN, Ihlan balances a dynamic career as a performer, producer, collaborator, and music director. He co-leads the project Coyboi, while also writing, arranging, and directing for a wide range of artists and live productions. His performance credits include Anita Wilson, Reyna Roberts (featured vocalist on Beyoncé’s “Blackbiird”), Makenzie and Niki Dawson(The Voice), Olivia Donaldson (Six the Musical), Jeff Bradshaw, Love Culture, Hillsong United, and the B.B. King Allstars. He has also performed at major events including the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, Jacksonville River Jams, and Flipturn's Playground Festival. Whether on stage or in the studio, Ihlan brings creativity, professionalism, precision, and soul to every project.
